The Spences Bridge Community Club (SBCC) was established in 1959 with the intent to foster cultural, social and recreational activities for the entire community. We regularly host children's events such as Halloween and Easter; as well as Community Soup Day, an annual music festival, elders programs and much more!
The SBCC is a non-profit society, operated entirely by volunteers; the club is financially supported through fund-raising and grant applications. SBCC owns and maintains historic Clemes Hall on Highway 8. The hall was built in 1907 and is an important part of the town's history.
SBCC holds its regular meetings the second Wednesday of every month, at the hall. The AGM is in September of each year when an executive board is elected.
